Fountain Parke, premiere luxury townhomes is the latest community from DR Horton’s Grand Showcase Collection located in Lake Mary, Florida. Being the first impression for many potential buyers, the design of the Fountain Parke collateral needed to portray the elegant and mature Italian flair of the Lake Mary community. Numerous collateral pieces were created for this project including folders, community inserts, business cards, event invitations, and more.
